Quadplex math + sub-layer thresholds
Edits affect the platform-wide Quadplex computation: build cost, unit mix, default scenario, and the depth bands used by the Through Lots sub-layers (Shallow / Medium / Deep). Per-property overrides on the property modal still win for that property.
